Ashton Martini is a licensed real estate professional and broker with over 25 years of experience in luxury residential sales, new construction, development strategy, design, branding, and market positioning.
His residential sales career has exceeded $1 billion in Houston. New construction has represented the majority of his work throughout his career. He built his career as a leading producer at Martha Turner, later became a founding agent of Compass Houston, and founded Martini & Co. Real Estate Advisors in 2024.
Ashton has been recognized among the Houston Business Journal's Top 25 residential real estate professionals and the RealTrends Top 100.
Martini & Co. Developer Advisory represents the official public launch of a platform Ashton refined across his career and deployed privately with select builders during the previous 24 months. During that 24 month private roll out, the advisory platform was involved in more than $80 million in off market land acquisition, planning and design work across approximately 140 single family residences, nearly $100 million in facilitated investor capital, and development project values approaching $800 million.
